Order Processing:
We ship packages every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Orders placed after noon EST on Tuesday will be shipped on Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm Thursday will ship out on Monday, and orders placed after 12 pm Sunday will go out on Wednesday. Please note we do our best to get you your order quickly, but understand we are a 2-person team so it takes time. Any delays in shipping will be communicated.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx (where applicable). Depending on what option you choose the estimated delivery time can vary, the below is a general guideline.

Please note:
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will be contacted if this happens.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Lunar Luxe Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Lunar Luxe Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@lunarluxecreations.com and we will be happy to help you file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping:
We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States.
